E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Information Systems Security Officer to be a full-time employee in Washington, DC to join our innovative and customer solutions focused team.

The ISSO supports a federal agency by ensuring compliance with FISMA, NIST, STIG, FIPS, and NIPS, and maintains a life-cycle security model to protect information systems and data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
• Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in computer science, business management or IT related discipline.
• 7 years of ISSO/ISSE experience at a cleared facility.
• 9 years in computer science or cybersecurity field.
• Certification: CISSP / GIS P / CASP or IAM Level III or equivalent DoD 8570.1.
• Familiarity with security tools: Nessus, Splunk, Guardium, WebInspect, NMAP.

Responsabilités

• Ensure day-to-day implementation and maintenance of security configuration and procedures for the customer’s information system(s).
• Lead security authorization processes and recommend best practices and configuration standards.
• Manage vulnerability, incident response, and Risk Management Framework activities.
