Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to advance a high-impact government program. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 6+ years in info security, and leadership of RMF processes within a DoD-like environment.

You will design and implement assurance systems, validate security requirements, and support secure operations across hardware, software, and procedures. A strong background in BoE documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of information security experience (ISSO, cyber analyst, cyber auditor, etc) with at least 2 years as an ISSO.
• Demonstrated mastery of the RMF and leading information systems through the RMF lifecycle.
• Experience authoring, reviewing, and maintaining BoE documentation (SSP, SAR, RAR, POA&Ms).

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements information assurance and security engineering systems with business continuity, operations security, cryptography, forensics, regulatory compliance.
• Assesses and mitigates system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle.
• Establishes system security designs and implements them in hardware, software, data, and procedures.
