Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead RMF activities for APACS and related systems.

You will maintain authorizations to operate and protect sensitive data, coordinating with government security officials and engineers to ensure effective security controls. The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity for DoD systems, TS/SCI clearance, and strong RMF/eMASS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with DoD information systems
• Deep familiarity with RMF, eMASS, STIGs, and vulnerability management processes
• Active security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CAP, CISM)
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMF compliance, eMASS packages, and all cybersecurity documentation for assigned systems
• Coordinate with government security officials, system owners, and engineers to address vulnerabilities and manage POA&Ms
• Advise on security architecture and design decisions, ensuring proper controls are implemented and tested
• Provide guidance and training on cybersecurity policies and best practices
