Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead RMF, eMASS, and related cybersecurity activities for APACS and associated systems, protecting sensitive data and maintaining authorizations to operate.

The role collaborates with government security officials, system owners, and engineers, guiding security architecture, coordinating plans of action, and mentoring teammates on cybersecurity policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with lead for DoD information systems.
• Familiar with RMF, eMASS, STIGs, and vulnerability management.
• Active security certifications such as CISSP, CAP, CISM.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMF compliance, eMASS packages, and cybersecurity documentation for assigned systems.
• Coordinate with government security officials, system owners, and engineers to address vulnerabilities and manage POA&Ms.
• Advise on security architecture and design decisions; ensure controls are implemented and tested.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on cybersecurity policies and best practices.
