Job summary

Bering Straits Native Corporation in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Information System Security Manager to lead cybersecurity programs for classified and unclassified systems. You will oversee RMF lifecycle, A&A activities, and continuous monitoring while coordinating with authorsing officials and cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least 7–10 years in cybersecurity, a current Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred), CISSP or equivalent, and strong leadership and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in an ISSM or senior role.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI if needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ISSM and primary authority for multiple classified and unclassified systems.
• Lead RMF lifecycle across assigned systems.
• Oversee continuous monitoring including log analysis and vulnerability management.
• Act as liaison with Authorizing Officials and stakeholders.
• Lead A&A activities and documentation.
• Direct POA&M management and risk mitigation.
