Job summary

Odyssey is seeking an Information System Security Manager Senior to support the Aerospace Dominance Enabler Division (AFLCMC/HBA) at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah. The role provides cybersecurity expertise to authorization officials, program managers and system owners, ensuring DoD RMF processes are followed.

Candidates should hold a US citizenship, a Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 12 years of relevant experience (5 in DoD) and certifications such as SEC+ and CISSP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
• Active U.S. citizenship required and a Secret clearance.
• SEC+ and CISSP certifications required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide ISSM support as the primary cybersecurity advisor to the Authorizing Official, PM and ISO.
• Integrate cybersecurity into the IT lifecycle per DoDI 8510.01.
• Maintain required cybersecurity certification and authorization to operate.
• Coordinate ISCM strategy and monitor system changes.
• Appoint ISSOs and ensure ongoing training and proper clearances.
