Job summary

D2 Consulting in Springfield, VA is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support an Intelligence Community customer. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and IAM Level II certification, with deep experience in security policy, RMF, and incident response.

You will work on architecture, governance, and operations, coordinating across engineers and program managers to embed security from day one. Expect a senior, mission-focused environment with varied responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience with RMF/ICD 503 and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Draft/review security policies, MOAs, and SSPs.
• Lead C&A and RMF processes with stakeholders.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and review POA&Ms.
• Configure and maintain network security infrastructure.
• Provide security awareness and leadership briefings.
• Engage multi-agency stakeholders on security posture.
