Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) at Hanscom AFB, MA. This contract-to-hire role demands a Top Secret clearance, 10+ years in cyber security, and a Master’s degree.

Onsite 40 hrs weekly with a compensation range of $180,000–$195,000. The ISSE will coordinate security implementations, provide SME guidance on cybersecurity documentation per DoDI 8500.01, assist with A&A and COMSEC, and help design IA/cybersecurity architectures while supporting DoD/Federal

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cyber security or information assurance.
• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GSLC, or CCISO.
• Experience with cryptographic development and NSA/CSS policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system security implementation for development or modification of systems.
• Provide SME to acquisitions and security documentation per DODI 8500.01 Cybersecurity.
• Assist in system A&A and COMSEC Certification.
• Design, develop, implement IA/cybersecurity and cryptographic architecture.
• Serve as PMO expert for system security on assigned systems.
• Conduct technical reviews and audits to support testing.
