Job summary

SAIC seeks an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the U.S. Space Force and Space Systems Command in the maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars integral to missile surveillance and space surveillance missions.

You will plan, develop, and deliver PARCS and UEWR assessments to identify deviations and implement remediation solutions. This position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification.
• ACAS experience (Nessus / Tenable Security Center).
• Experience with Nessus/Tenable Security Center, STIG Viewer, and EvaluateSTIG for RMF assessments.

Responsibilities

• Build security architectures and design cybersecurity artifacts.
• Develop cyber requirements to DoD 8570/8140 standards.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and RMF compliance remediation.
• Assess RMF artifacts and identify deviations from control requirements.
• Establish program control processes for certification and audits.
