Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer/ISSE to lead Accreditation and Authorization activities for government systems on a customer site in Washington, DC. You will document RMF artifacts, write SSPs/CONOPS, and coordinate with agencies to support ATO milestones.

Required TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and DoD IASAE II certification, plus 10 years of technical experience.

Qualifications

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree + 10 years.
• Security Clearance TS/SCI and ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) reviews by Group level ISSMs and Security Controls Assessors (SCA).
• Document security control implementations and gather artifacts supporting RMF and ICD 503 Security Accreditation for A&A efforts.
• Write SSPs/CONOPS and other A&A related documents from information gathered with system owners, PMs, and engineering teams.
• Develop Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) and provide artifacts to support mitigations.
• Coordinate with contractor and customer personnel to obtain A&A content and work with customer security organizations to achieve ATO.
• Monitor A&A projects and discuss status at all levels; support audit liaison and RMF compliance.
