Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a Collection Assessor to support a TS/SCI cleared program. The role focuses on measuring performance and effectiveness of multi-INT collection activities to support mission objectives.

Candidates should have TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree (or 4 extra years of relevant experience), and at least five years in ISR assessment or related intelligence analysis; weekend or off-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required and must be active.
• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of directly relevant experience.
• Minimum five years of ISR assessment, collection management assessment, airborne ISR operations, intelligence analysis, or related support.
• Experience representing DoD/NORTHCOM in interagency forums and senior stakeholder briefing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply performance measures to assess collection activities and ISR support.
• Provide assessment findings to Joint Staff J32 and DIA Center for Defense Collection Management.
• Evaluate airborne ISR operations and their value within multi-INT efforts.
• Represent USNORTHCOM in collection management and ISR forums.
• Create assessment frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and briefing materials for leadership.
