Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Management Systems Facilitator to ensure ISO, regulatory, and customer requirements are met across the integrated management system. You will lead audits, training, and continual improvement initiatives to drive compliance and reduce risks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of ISO experience in food & beverage manufacturing, with strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and KORE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years ISO experience in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO Standards, CFRs and State Administrative Codes.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and Food Safety requirements.
• Understanding of Stormwater, Hazardous Materials Management and environmental controls.
• Familiarity with Coca‑Cola KORE requirements and preventive controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the management system complies with ISO, regulatory, customer, parent beverage company and Swire requirements.
• Create accountability among the management team for system compliance and address failures and risks.
• Lead and coordinate the management system programs: Audit, Continual Improvement, Management Review, Management of Change, Education & Training, Document Control & Records.
• Develop and maintain internal audit schedules based on risk assessments.
• Train and coach internal auditors; ensure audit readiness and corrective actions are closed out.
• Support Food Safety and Safety Teams to maintain compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and records proving conformance; validate the integrated management system.
