Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Management Systems Facilitator to ensure the Integrated Management System meets ISO, regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements. You will lead audit programs, drive continual improvement, and coach the management team on system compliance.

The role demands an ISO-focused professional with a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of HACCP, CFRs, and Coca-Cola KORE. On-site in the Bellevue area offers a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree 4 Year College Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of ISO experience—preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of the ISO Standards, State Administrative Codes, and Code of Federal Regulations.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for manufacturing of food grade products.
• Knowledge of HACCP programs and GMP requirements.
• Understanding of ISO Management Systems for Quality, Safety, Environmental and Food Safety.
• Knowledge of Coca-Cola KORE Requirements.
• Preventive Controls Qualified Individual.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the management system and its activities achieve compliance to ISO, regulatory, customer, parent beverage company and Swire company requirements via the Integrated Management System through defined programs and routines.
• Create accountability among the management team for system compliance by addressing and escalating failures, non-conformances, and business risks to the leadership team.
• Act as a leader of leaders in ensuring that the management team is executing against the management system. Act as a contributing member of the management team in ensuring compliance with all aspects of the management system.
• Sustain the Management System by owning and coordinating programs: Audit, Continual Improvement, Management Review, Management of Change, Education & Training, Document Control and Records.
• Lead the Education & Training Pillar to build organizational capability to deliver the Compelling Business Need and eliminate losses due to skill gaps.
• Routinely monitor and communicate changes in internal and external requirements to the Management Team.
• Provide capability and structure to ensure documentation, processes, and procedures comply with all standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal audit schedules and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure internal auditors are trained and qualified; coach and develop the audit team.
• Support Food Safety and Safety Teams by ensuring audit readiness and RCA actions.
• Ensure records of conformance are accessible to the management team.
• Validate the integrated management system by auditing processes and addressing gaps.
• Train new managers on responsibilities to the management system.
