Job summary

ManpowerGroup partners with a leading aerospace and defense technology organization to fill a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist role in Tempe, AZ. You will drive integrated supply chain projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage SAP and Excel to monitor milestones and outcomes.

The position offers a hybrid schedule after training, exposure to high-impact initiatives, and a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong SAP experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear To Build reports, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects within the aerospace business.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB), Clear To Build reports, and related planning tools.
• Utilize SAP and advanced Excel tools to analyze supply chain data, monitor milestones, and track project performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
