Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist to drive critical customer commitments through effective project execution and cross-functional coordination. You will lead multiple projects, develop schedules, and monitor milestones to ensure on-time delivery while proactively addressing risks.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years in project management, supply chain, operations or manufacturing, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or PM)
• 4–6+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations or manufacturing
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking/reporting tools
• PMP or other PM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion with defined timelines and milestones
• Develop schedules, assign responsibilities, monitor progress
• Drive material readiness and build planning to support delivery commitments
• Coordinate with planning, procurement and operations to ensure material availability
• Identify risks and develop recovery plans to mitigate disruptions
• Prepare metrics, status reports and executive level presentations
