ISC Project Management Specialist-AR_857
Responsibilities
Lead Aerospace level spares and OEM delivery improvement projects for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) customer.
Identify and drive resolution to chronic issues preventing parts from shipping out to the customer.
Create and utilize multi-level line of balances to detect, monitor and correct supply/demand disconnects impacting customer deliveries.
Team with multiple Aerospace sites as well as the planning, buying, operations and execution functions within the company\'s ISC organization to coordinate customer recovery efforts.
Drive a standard operating system to ensure proper prioritization, allocation and communication of hardware availability to support OEM, Direct Spares, Aftermarket and R&O requirements for DLA.
Prepare leadership report outs on customer recovery status.
Utilize ERP systems and data analysis tools such as SAP, Rapid Response, Business Objects, Access databases and Excel.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrated Supply Chain, Materials Management.
Highly skilled in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Access, Rapid Response and database tools.
