The role requires 3+ years in logistics or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and SAP experience to optimize performance in a regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material planning, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production and customers in accordance with service levels and schedules.
• Monitor logistics performance and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory metrics.
• Manage staffing levels, work assignments, and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Support production and supply chain planning activities to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
