Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist to drive critical customer commitments through project execution, material readiness planning, and cross-functional coordination across Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management and Operations.

In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will lead projects, build plans, manage risks, and deliver results while maintaining executive-level reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
• Facilitate communication between operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to address material shortages, production constraints, supply chain disruptions, and operational challenges.
• Prepare project status updates, KPIs, and executive-level reports.
• Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, delivery performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Execution

Material Readiness & Build Planning

Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Customer Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Serve as a key liaison to ensure expectations and deliverables remain on track.

Risk Mitigation & Recovery Planning

• Develop and implement recovery plans to address:

• Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts.
• Drive problem-solving activities to minimize business impact and improve outcomes.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Pay Details: $42.80 per hour
