Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Redmond, seeks detail-driven Assemblers to produce high-quality aerospace components. You will directly support safety, quality, and performance through hands-on craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include assembling and inspecting parts, setting up equipment, using microscopes, following drawings, recording data, and maintaining a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Computer literacy.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred).
• Comfort in a cleanroom environment with full PPE.
• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity.

In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
• Support the Operating System and site operational goals

What You Must Have

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Computer literacy
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet
• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Compensation & Bonus:

• Pay Rate: $27.32/hour
• Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
  • $1,000 at 30 days
  • $1,000 at 60 days
  • $1,000 at 90 days
  • Total potential bonus: $3,000

Shift:

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4x10, 3:00PM to 2:00AM.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $27.32 per hour
