Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Lansdale, PA seeks a Sr ISC Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate production operations within the integrated supply chain, ensuring on-time manufacturing and adherence to quality standards.

You will supervise production teams, drive continuous improvement, manage schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to optimize flow while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. On-site position reporting to Site Leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements.
• Experience in production supervision within integrated supply chain environments, demonstrating ability to manage teams and production schedules effectively.
• Knowledge of RF electrical testing theory, processes, and equipment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production management software to monitor and optimize production workflows.
• Ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
