Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA, seeks an ISC Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain. You will oversee cross-functional teams, drive improvements, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Inventory Planning Manager and work on-site at the Lansdale location, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• 5+ years leading projects or teams in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and productivity tools; experience with Oracle.
• Experience supervising 15–20 production employees.
• Commitment to HSE policies and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
