Job summary

Jobtailor in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced ERP Applications Specialist to design, implement, and maintain large-scale ERP solutions across Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS, Oracle EPM, PeopleSoft, and Workday. You will lead medium projects, mentor teams, and partner with users to gather requirements and improve processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, align with business goals, and drive continuous improvement in ERP workflows and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of functional experience with ERP systems.
• 5 years of design, implementation, or maintenance of Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, or Workday.
• 2+ years of successfully executing medium to complex projects using system deployment, support, and life cycle methodologies.

Job description

• Uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems
• May lead medium project and work teams
• Works on a number of complex business applications
• Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices or modifies procedures to process data and solve problems
• Reviews schedules, cost and documentation to ensure success of projects
• Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects and goals
• Deals with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or a Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
• 5 years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday
• 2 years of Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems
