Conserva Irrigation of Greater Denver is looking for a self-starter, hardworking technician who wants to grow the business and their career. The right ambitious candidate will have a great attitude, the ability to effectively communicate and consult with customers during each appointment, and Senior Technician irrigation skills and experience. We are looking for a contributor, a team member, not a laborer. Will consider making this a full-year, full-time position for the right candidate.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
• $20.00 – $25.00 per hour + monthly bonuses valued at 10% of wages

SENIOR TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Educate clients about system enhancements and conservation
• Perform residential and commercial system audits and assessments
• Backflow repairs
• Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding
• Install high-tech smart irrigation controllers and sensors
• New system installations, and extensions
• Activating and Winterizing irrigation systems

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
• Must be 21 years of age to apply
• Colorado Driver’s license in good standing with the ability to be insured on our policy
• Results-oriented and motivation to earn production bonuses
• Able to work occasional overtime and Saturdays, during high season
• Great attitude with a desire for growth
• Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Background check, work authorization

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
