Conserva Irrigation of Greater Denver is looking for a self-starter, hardworking technician who wants to grow the business and their career. The right ambitious candidate will have a great attitude, the ability to effectively communicate and consult with customers during each appointment, and Senior Technician irrigation skills and experience. 1. $20.00 – $25.00 per hour + monthly bonuses valued at 10% of wages

SENIOR TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Educate clients about system enhancements and conservation
2. Perform residential and commercial system audits and assessments
3. Backflow repairs
4. Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding
5. Install high-tech smart irrigation controllers and sensors
6. New system installations and extensions
7. Activating and Winterizing irrigation systems

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or equivalency
2. 2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
3. Must be 21 years of age to apply
4. Colorado Driver’s license in good standing with the ability to be insured on our policy
5. Results-oriented and motivation to earn production bonuses
6. Able to work occasional overtime and Saturdays during high season
7. Great attitude with a desire for growth
8. Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
9. Background check, work authorization

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
