The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Elkton, FL is seeking elite irrigation technicians to tackle complex commercial and high-end residential systems. The role includes relocation assistance for qualified candidates and a path to stable year-round work.

Pay ranges from $20.00–$25.00/hr based on diagnostic expertise, plus quarterly profit sharing bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, an IRA match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated irrigation experience in commercial or high-end residential systems.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• 2-wire systems mastery with Hunter ACC2/ICD and Rain Bird ESP-LXIVM.
• Electrical diagnostic skills using multimeters, locators, and related tools.
• Hydraulic knowledge for valve and mainline repairs.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, service, and repair complex 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic locators and meters to trace faults, find buried valves, and repair electrical shorts.
• Program commercial controllers, build custom water schedules, and perform system audits.
• Document job notes and recommend system upgrades to property managers and homeowners.
