Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest is seeking an experienced irrigation technician to service and repair complex irrigation systems in North Florida. The role emphasizes diagnosing electrical and hydraulic problems on 2-wire and conventional networks, with opportunities to program controllers and optimize water schedules.

We provide a fully stocked fleet of service vans, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and a competitive pay range ($20–$25/hr) with quarterly profit sharing bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated irrigation experience in commercial or high-end residential systems.
• 2-wire irrigation systems (Hunter ACC2/ICD) and Rain Bird ESP-LXIVM expertise.
• Electrical diagnostic skills using multimeters, locators for solenoids and wiring.
• Hydraulic diagnostic ability for valves, diaphragms, and high‑pressure PVC repairs.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, service, and repair complex 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic locators and meters to trace faults, locate buried valves, and repair electrical shorts.
• Program commercial controllers, build custom water schedules, and perform system audits.
• Document job notes and recommend system upgrades to property managers and homeowners.
