Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Ponta Vedra, FL is seeking an experienced irrigation specialist to troubleshoot and repair complex 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems. This full-time role offers $20.00–$25.00/hr based on diagnostic expertise, plus quarterly profit sharing bonuses.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. We provide fully stocked service vans, health & life insurance, a 3% IRA match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years irrigation experience (commercial/high-end residential).
• 2-wire systems mastery with decoders, tracing wires and shorts.
• Electrical diagnostic skills with multimeters and locators.
• Hydraulic knowledge for valve and PVC mainline repairs.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair complex irrigation systems.
• Trace faults with diagnostic tools and locate buried valves.
• Program controllers, build schedules, perform system audits.
• Document notes and propose upgrades to managers/owners.
