Job summary

The Master's Lawn & Pest in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced irrigation specialist for full-time work. You will diagnose, service, and repair complex irrigation systems on commercial and high-end residential properties, operating fully stocked service vans with modern tools.

Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus quarterly profit-sharing bonuses, health and life insurance, and a 3% IRA company match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated irrigation experience, commercial or high-end residential systems.
• 2-wire systems mastery with decoders, tracing, and testing.
• Electrical diagnostic skills using multimeters, locators and testing equipment.
• Hydraulic knowledge for valve, diaphragm, high-pressure mainline repairs.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, service and repair complex 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to trace faults and repair electrical shorts efficiently.
• Program commercial controllers and build custom water schedules.
• Document job notes and suggest system upgrades to property managers/homeowners.
