Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Irregular Warfare Subject Matter Expert to provide onsite support in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on IW assessments, integration, and strategic planning with civilian and military partners.

You will research and analyze IW topics, develop reports and briefings for GO/FO and SES officials, and collaborate across interagency and multinational teams to align activities with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with IW-related experience.
• 10+ years collaborating with senior GO/FO or SES officials on IW initiatives.
• Extensive IW operational experience and capability development.
• Ability to align IW efforts with interagency and multinational partners.
• Expertise in IW doctrine, strategies, and threat assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for IW assessments, integration, and related activities.
• Develop reports, briefings, and recommendations for GO/FO and SES officials.
• Collaborate with interagency and multinational partners to align IW activities with strategic objectives.
• Leverage operational expertise to inform policy development and decision-making at the highest levels.
• Draft executive-level papers and presentations for senior DoD and interagency leaders.
