Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Senior Irregular Warfare Planner in Tampa, FL, to provide senior SOF and IW planning expertise for sensitive activities, orders, and concept development. The role requires coordinating with DoD, interagency, and multinational partners.

You will develop plans, COAs, CONOPs, and alignment with USCENTCOM priorities, review documents, and support contract deliverables. Must have TS/SCI clearance and at least 15 years in SOF/IW.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Special Operations Enterprise.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in military or Intelligence Community sensitive activities.
• 7+ years of direct SOF/IW experience at a Joint or GCC headquarters.
• CAC eligibility and completion of required IA training and USCENTCOM orientation.

Full Time Professional FL-CENTCOM SPPS, Tampa, FL, US

CLIN: Senior Strategy, Plans, Exercises, & Policy Services Irregular Warfare

Background: This contract supports U.S. Central Command's theater-level planning mission by providing experienced professionals who develop strategies, campaign plans, operational orders, assessments, and coordination products that integrate military, interagency, allied, and partner-nation activities throughout the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

Position Summary:Provides senior Special Operations and Irregular Warfare planning expertise for sensitive activities, plans, courses of action, orders, concepts, and professional development support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop plans, COAs, FRAGOs, orders, CONOPs, and MICONs and align SOF and IW support to USCENTCOM priorities.
• Write, review, and edit IW-related documents.
• Coordinate and synchronize full-spectrum special operations in joint, multinational, and interagency contexts.
• Advise on SOF employment in support of IW and solve complex operational and strategic problems.
• Synchronize SOF planning and execution across DoD, interagency, allied, coalition, and multinational activities in the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Provide expertise for current IW operations, other SOF and special activities, and professional-development subject matter expert coordination.
• Coordinate FOIA requests and MDRs for designated CCJ5 files.
• Safeguard classified and unclassified Government information, property, controlled forms, facilities, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain Government records separately from company records and comply with applicable federal records, FOIA, Privacy Act, DoD, and USCENTCOM requirements.
• Perform work to the PWS quality standards and correct identified product deficiencies within applicable performance thresholds.
• Support required contract deliverables and provide products to the designated government task lead, COR, or alternate COR through approved USCENTCOM channels.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience working in the Special Operations Enterprise.
• At least 3 years of specialized experience in military or Intelligence Community compartmented or sensitive activities.
• At least 7 years of direct SOF and/or IW experience at a Joint or Geographic Combatant Command headquarters.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Skills, knowledge, training, current certifications, and licenses necessary to perform the assigned PWS services.
• Common Access Card eligibility and completion of required Information Assurance training and the USCENTCOM Staff Officer Orientation Course before network access.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with SOF, Special Mission Units, or Special or Technical Units of federal, state, or local law enforcement.

Security, Work Location, Schedule, and Travel

• Minimum TS/SCI clearance must be possessed and maintained unless the applicable CLIN description expressly provides an exception. Applicable positions may be subject to a counterintelligence polygraph.
• Primary place of performance is generally USCENTCOM Headquarters, Tampa, Florida, unless supporting an authorized contingency or continuity requirement. Approved remote work may include classified or unclassified work under current USCENTCOM policy.
• Normal operations mirror USCENTCOM military and civilian schedules. The basic workday is eight hours between 0730 and 1630, with core hours from 0900 to 1500, Monday through Friday except federal holidays or facility closures.
• Must be prepared and eligible for CONUS and OCONUS travel and able to obtain an official passport when required.
