Responsibilities

• Obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Lead mechanical design, analysis, and packaging for IR sensor assemblies.
• Develop, review and approve drawings, specs, and test plans; perform advanced analyses.
• Support assembly, integration and test of product hardware.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-functional design oversight.
• Interface with design, manufacturing, operations, and suppliers to improve designs.
• Coordinate BOM changes and CAM task status using earned value methods when needed.
