L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate Manager Systems Engineering in Mason, OH to lead a highly skilled team within the Infrared sensors business area. The role combines functional management with hands-on technical contributions across planning, design, and verification.

You will coordinate development activities, review technical artifacts, and serve as a technical lead for programs while supporting customer and supplier interactions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience; graduate degree adds value.
• Strong leadership and team coordination within engineering teams.
• Experience drafting BOEs and supporting proposals is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of engineers and serve as technical lead for the program.
• Plan activities addressing development processes and procedures.
• Perform planning, design, analysis, implementation, integration, validation and verification.
• Review artifacts for technical quality and process adherence.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers as primary technical point of contact.
• Demonstrate complex problem solving and decision making and obtain a US security clearance.
