Sierra Space Corporation in Louisville, KY is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst II to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems, including ERP, Cobra, FP&A, budgeting, and reporting tools.

You will analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports and projections, support budgeting and forecasting, and develop models and tools while ensuring data integrity and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance or related field.
• Experience implementing/maintaining financial systems (ERP, Cobra) and FP&A tooling.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience training end-users and supporting system adoption.

Responsabilités

• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems (ERP, Cobra, FP&A, budgeting, reporting).
• Analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports and projections.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools for budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide end-user support and training for financial systems.
• Ensure data integrity and perform data validation across systems.
• Prepare documentation and assist in system testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with departments to align systems with business needs and drive process improvements.
