Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Paralegal – IP Litigation in New York, NY or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IP litigation, including hands-on trial experience, and can independently manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supporting attorneys through all phases of IP litigation, conducting research, overseeing discovery, and preparing court-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong trial experience is required.
• Strong experience with discovery and document production.
• Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters and competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ITC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex IP litigation matters.
• Conduct factual, legal, and procedural research.
• Manage discovery requests, responses, document review, and document production.
• Review and analyze documents and data related to litigation matters.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, legal documents, and factual analyses.
• Maintain case files, litigation databases, documents, and other case-related materials.
• Prepare court-ready materials and assist with trial preparation.
• Coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Utilize technology and litigation tools to improve efficiency and case management.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and outside resources.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior paralegals and temporary staff.
