Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience handling ITC Section 337 matters.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF and litigation databases.
• Ability to mentor junior paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Support complex patent litigation matters in federal district courts.
• Assist with matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and PTAB.
• Support Federal Circuit appeals and other IP proceedings.
• Manage paper and electronic discovery throughout the litigation process.
• Manage patent file histories, depositions, transcripts, and trial materials.
• Coordinate large-scale document productions and document review projects.
• Work closely with Litigation Support, E-Discovery teams, and external vendors.
• Train and mentor junior paralegals and provide guidance on complex litigation matters.
