Job summary

A growing home goods company is seeking an experienced Senior IP Litigation Associate to oversee legal functions including litigation and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of IP litigation experience and possess a strong understanding of patent law. You will manage external counsel, collaborate with internal teams on patent enforcement, and support strategic business decisions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP litigation experience is a must.
• Deep understanding of patent/IP law.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or electronics industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all legal and litigation activities for SnapPower.
• Oversee external counsel for cost-effective work.
• Maintain documentation and update leadership on case status.
• Collaborate with internal IP counsel on patent enforcement.
• Review and protect SnapPower’s portfolio of patents.
