This role involves working on high-impact IP matters such as patent and trademark applications, advising on IP portfolio strategies, and litigation support. The ideal candidate will have a JD, an active bar license, and 3-6 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IP experience (litigation, prosecution, or transactions).
• USPTO registration preferred for patent work.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent and/or trademark applications.
• Conduct IP due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Advise on licensing, portfolio strategy, and IP enforcement.
• Support litigation efforts including motion practice and trial prep.
• Negotiate and draft IP-related agreements (licensing, development, confidentiality).
