Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience.
• IP litigation experience preferred, particularly patent litigation.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing significant components of complex litigation matters.
• Illinois bar admission or ability to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sophisticated IP disputes including patent, trademark, and trade secret matters.
• Draft substantive motions and briefs and manage discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and contribute to overall case strategy.
