You will handle high-stakes disputes for Fortune 50 clients and innovative startups, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop persuasive litigation strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, and brings strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of patent litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery.
• Engage in motion practice, expert issues, and trial preparation.
• Participate in ITC investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings.
• Draft briefs, motions, and client communications.
• Collaborate with technical experts to present clear arguments.
• Handle PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
• Explore SEPs/FRAND disputes in telecommunications and multimedia standards.
