Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of residence or commit to obtaining one.
• Minimum eight years of experience in intellectual property law.

• Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and plans of action for IP matters.
• Manage multiple projects and high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
