Active state bar license or commitment to obtain one is required. The role collaborates with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit and may include a flexible billable-hour arrangement.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the resident state, or commitment to obtain one ASAP.
• Minimum eight years of experience in Intellectual Property.
• Ability to articulate legal strategies and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Handle complex IP matters with judgment and independence.
