The ideal candidate holds an engineering or related STEM degree and an active US bar license, or commits to obtaining one promptly. You will work with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team on strategic IP matters and may enjoy a flexible billable-hour arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of IP experience.
• Active bar license or commitment to obtain one.
• Ability to collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide IP counseling and strategy for firm clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices including The Link.
• Manage complex IP matters and contribute to a diverse candidate pool.
