Job summary

Intuitive seeks a Counsel/Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property, to lead patent portfolio management, prosecutions, and IP strategy. The role involves supporting IP-related transactions, including NDAs and collaboration agreements, and advising on IP aspects of deals and licensing.

The position requires collaboration with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and executives to translate innovations into robust IP protection and to advise on industry developments and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing patent portfolios and coordinating patent preparation/prosecution.
• Ability to support IP-related transactional matters including NDAs and collaboration agreements.
• Experience in IP strategy development and due diligence for deals (M&A, licensing).
