  • An existing portable book of business or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships; $200,000–$500,000 range preferred.
  • High autonomy and self-direction with the ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback in a boutique environment.
  • Professional maturity and low-drama collaboration to support a high-trust culture.
  • Tech savviness and familiarity with AI tools in legal practice to build a tech-forward firm.

OUTCOMES BY MILESTONE

  • 30Days: HascompletedorientationtoCTWLaw’sfiles,systems,andclientrelationships, and is fully integrated into standard workflows.
  • 60–90Days: Isoperatingwithlimitedsupervisionandtakingrealday-to-dayownershipof active prosecution and brand protection matters.
  • 6Months: Isfunctioningwithtrueautonomy,runningtheirdefinedpracticelane,and serving as the primary contact for client accounts.
  • 12Months: Hassuccessfullyintegratedtheirclientportfoliointothefirmandisoperatingasa key contributor to the trademark practice’s overall growth.
  • 24Months: Hasestablishedahighlystable,self-sustainingpracticelaneandisactively positioned for the transition to equity partnership.

ROLE STRUCTURE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Thisfull-timeW-2positionoffersanestimatedYear1compensationrangeof$100,000 to $180,000+, with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is structured around a high-upside fee-split and origination model with no rigid billable hour minimums, supported by a guaranteed basetransitiondrawforthefirst6months.Benefitsincludeprofessionalliabilitycoverage, health insurance, a 401(k) with match, bar/CLE support, and flexible PTO.
