You will lead domestic and international trademark matters, guide clients on brand protection, and work closely with partners to deliver strategic IP solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of experience in prosecution and portfolio management, a JD from an accredited school, and active California Bar membership.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of trademark prosecution and portfolio management experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with active California Bar membership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trademark law and USPTO practice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and international trademark applications.
• Maintain and strategically manage domestic and global trademark portfolios.
• Conduct trademark searches and advise clients on brand protection and risk mitigation.
• Handle trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters.
• Provide practical guidance on trademark strategy, licensing, and intellectual property protection.
