Job summary
AMETEK Telular, a leading IoT solutions provider, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager in Herndon, VA (or Atlanta, GA) to lead the Tank Monitoring IoT Platform team. You will own the full software delivery stack, including SaaS, mobile apps, cloud services, and firmware, while mentoring engineers and ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in people management.
- Experience designing large-scale SaaS using modern data architectures.
- Proficiency in cloud-native architectures and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on with C#/.NET and full-stack development.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software delivery for the Tank IoT Platform (SaaS apps, mobile apps, cloud services, firmware).
- Lead and coach a high-performing engineering team with ownership culture.
- Drive development plans, releases, and deployment timelines for predictable outcomes.
- Provide architectural leadership and technology selection decisions.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and test automation.
