Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to craft consumer software experiences at the intersection of design and engineering. You will collaborate with Product & Design, engineering, marketing, and QA to ship polished interfaces and motion.

From brainstorming through implementation, you will help take software design to the next level by writing the code that makes it real. This role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for great design.

Qualifications

• At least 6–10 years building production iOS interfaces.
• Expert-level animation and gesture APIs in SwiftUI/ UIKit.
• Strong design sensibility from Figma or ambiguous direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UI and motion for new features and interactions.
• Collaborate with product designers to turn static concepts into interactive experiences.
• Build and maintain shared component and motion libraries for consistency.
• Prototype interaction ideas in code to validate feel before full engineering.
• Own the transitions, haptics, edge cases, and accessibility behavior.
• Balance creative ambition with performance, platform guidelines and device capabilities.
• Collaborate with feature engineering teams on architecture and integration.
