Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join a Mobile Development team responsible for building an iOS platform enabling customer-facing iOS teams across CVS Digital to rapidly build, test and deliver experiences to customers.

The role focuses on building tools, libraries, and processes to reduce toil, improve developer experience, and accelerate feature delivery, with a remote, nationwide US work scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in designing/developing iOS mobile applications
• 3+ years of experience with modern iOS development frameworks such as SwiftUI
• Experience using Xcode to create, enhance, and publish iOS apps to the Apple App Store using Swift

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable iOS platform solutions, including architecture, UI state management, data access, build tooling, CI/CD, and performance optimization
• Partner with engineering teams across CVS and Aetna to identify common challenges and deliver reusable solutions that accelerate development
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, clean code practices, accessibility, security, and performance standards
• Develop tools and automation such as CLIs, GitHub workflows, bots, linting rules, and other solutions that improve developer productivity
• Maintain and evolve the iOS platform by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and continuously improving reliability and usability
• Provide technical guidance to product and engineering teams, promoting best practices and identifying risks early in the development lifecycle
