Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer – Mobile to join a high-visibility enterprise team. You will design, develop and implement native iOS applications, contribute to architecture discussions, and deliver scalable, high-quality code.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and promote mobile best practices, testing and observability. Required: 7+ years in software development, 3+ years in native iOS/Swift, Bachelor’s degree, and Claude AI

Qualifications

7+ years of overall experience in software development life cycle.
3+ years in design, development or implementation of native iOS features.
3+ years in native mobile applications, testing and tooling.
3+ years of Swift language experience.
At least 1 year of experience with AI tools (Claude).

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient, scalable native iOS solutions aligned with business needs.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
Provide input on performance, feasibility, and scalability of mobile solutions.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality code and features.
Mentor junior developers and promote mobile best practices and knowledge sharing.
