Job summary

Adobe's iOS team within the Video organization is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a group of senior iOS engineers. You will ensure architectural coherence, maintainability, and high performance across features from design to production.

You will coach on AI-assisted development tools, collaborate with Product and Design leaders, and guide thoughtful scope and prioritization while fostering continuous talent growth and a user‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shipping Apple iOS applications.
• Experience managing and growing teams of senior engineers, including hiring and performance management.
• Fluency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS SDK; able to influence architecture.
• Product instincts and UX sensibility, familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous spaces and turning problems into executable plans.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools at team level with guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and support a team of senior iOS engineers.
• Set technical and quality standards for the iOS organization.
• Coach engineers on AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to shape product strategy.
